FAQ
How does the 75 Hard challenge tracker work?
Shiren tracks your six daily pillars: water, diet, indoor workout, outdoor workout, reading, and a progress photo. Each day's pillars feed a Vitality score — if a past day falls below the threshold, the challenge ends and you'll need to begin a new attempt. The Daily Forge gives you a clean grid to tap through each day.
What is the Vitality Index?
The Vitality Index is your daily discipline score, derived from completion across all six pillars. A score of 60 or above marks the day as held; anything lower counts as a missed day.
What happens if I miss a day?
Shiren detects missed days automatically by checking that every past day's Vitality score is at least 60. When a miss is detected you'll see the failure screen — once acknowledged, you can start a fresh attempt with "Begin Again."
Is my data synced to the cloud?
By default, Shiren stores all progress locally on your device using SQLite — the app is fully functional offline. Cloud sync is opt-in and tied to the paid tiers below.
What do the subscription tiers include?
- Free — Offline tracking, the Daily Forge, the Vault on-device, and local analytics.
- Challenger (₹449 lifetime) — Account + login + task and challenge data sync across devices.
- Master (₹1,249 lifetime) — Everything in Challenger plus Vault cloud sync (progress photos backed up to Cloudflare R2) and AI insights.
How does the Vault work?
The Vault stores your daily progress photos locally with a before/after slider, grid, and timeline view. With the Master tier, photos are also backed up to encrypted cloud storage so they survive a lost or wiped device.
How do I share my victory?
When you complete all 75 days, the Victory screen unlocks a "Share Victory" option that renders a card you can share through any installed app.
